Can anyone comment on adbrite earnings? Is it worth trying out? I would assume that adbrite earnings would only be a fraction of adsense earnings...

I haven't tried adbrite yet, although I've heard about them and briefly reviewed their website.  I've been currently concentrating on Adsense with satisfactory re$ults.  I'm fairly new with Adsense and have earned over $200 within the past 2 months!  Not bad if I shall say so myself.  If I find out more about adbrite though I'll let you know.

My personal experience is that adsense is way better then adbrite in terms of revenue.  keep in mind that might change depending on the type of website or niche you have.  I would recommend you try both for a few days and see what works better on your site.

AdSense is by far generating more than AdBrite.

Out of the same network of websites, with AdSense I am earning about $3,000 a month while AdBrite about $700 a month.

Tried it once, but I'd say sticking with AdSense makes much more sense LOL

Adbrite is great. I use the in-text advertising along with Adsense, so I benefit more that way. Smiley

Adbrite is great and their inline and interstitial ads can be used in conjunction with adsense to give excellent earnings. Some people make massive amounts just using the inline ads.

Adbrite seems ok, I tried it for a day but didn't make any money and they have default banners on there most of the time which put me off as my site isn't even then busy yet they put banners on which don't make any money. Don't think they have a very good fill rate to be honest.

I've been seeing about $30 a month with Adsense, but the ads don't seem to be targeted all that well sometimes.   Never looked at Adbrite directly but I am running their ads through the Rubicon Project ad server which gives you 4 or 5 ad networks like adsense, adbrite, cpx and shopzilla.

I think adsesne offers more with time!1 intially adbrite offers more than adsense, but adsense has the best content related ad campaign which will give you more clicks than other players

I am comfortable with adsense

AdSense is generally better than AdBrite. While both are reputable advertisement companies, AdSense is backed by Internet-giant Google. Users will be much more likely to click on an advertisement that is sponsored by Google than an unknown company.

Plus, AdSense is highly relevant to the surrounding content, which makes users more likely to click on it. You'll never see ads about credit card debt on a page about web development from AdSense, but you might from AdBrite.

And if that isn't enough, AdSense provides much better reports for advertisements. You can see how each individual ad is performing, and make adjustments based on that. With AdBrite, you can't do that.
