I got banned from adsense because i wasnt aware that Traffic Exchanges were agaisnt the TOS. Ive been on a hunt for a new publishers program but cant seem to find any good ones. Do any of you know of any good ones ?

There are a few good ones similar to adsense. The two I recommend would be clicksor and adbrite. Adbrite offers some features such as interstitial ads and inline ads that you can earn a lot from. Clicksor is another good one but they do have strict requirements, i.e. your website must get a certain number of visitors per month, so if you don't meet them don't apply.

I am personally a fan of Bidvertiser. They have a fairly high set rate of earnings per ad click so you could potentially earn a lot more compared to what you would with adsense.

You can always check out AdToll. They are pretty good and offer Advertiser/Publisher accounts and various types of ads.

Adsense is not as good as it once was, I don't use it anymore due to poor revenue from it. It was great when it first started out. Some days I was making £20-30 but recently it dropped down to about 3p - 25p per day which is not good enough.
