The post I had already read the past week, I have rebuilt the site from scratch data that had gone lost everything, but yesterday the site is offline and not me access to ftp

Are you sure you are connecting to ftp.t35.com on port 21? Try connecting with the demo account and see if that works. (demo.t35.com/demo).

is disconnect...

I looked it up and your site was terminated for violating the TOS. What kind of files were you hosting there? I un-suspended it now, but please make sure you are not doing anything in violation of the TOS (which includes storing illegal files, storing keyloggers, storing files just for storage and not actually having a website, and adult content, etc..).

do you have the permission files? that could be why. also, it keeps saying error! unable to access ftp at port 21. it wont let me work and im in the middle of an update.

I tried FileZilla but can't login as well:

Based on the error, your password is long. Try the lost pass link and make sure you didn't change your password to something over the 16 char limit. PM me if you want me to look up the correct password.

Hi Alex,
Thank you a lot for your help, but it seems that the lost pass link doesn't work
after I type my username and submit the form I get an empty page and no message is sent to my email..
