Since our new CP isn't ready yet, I decided to push out a minor update to the current free hosting control panel. It's now completely integrated into the site and should look a little sleeker. In addition, I added all new site-templates that can be installed and will be adding a few more during the week.

Good question. The new one that bret has been developing should. The current net2ftp based one uses an ftp backend and would have the same problems deleting certain files as ftp. Most ftp programs should let you change your options to see the hidden files. Then it's just a matter of changing permissions on them and deleting them.
