This is probably somewhat overdue, but thanks to some recent upgrades we are now extending our service and up-time guarantee on free hosting from 98% to 99%. At the same time, paid hosting is being bumped up from 99% to 99.5%.

This change is predominantly symbolic as most of you know that we have always had exceptional up-time. In fact, we finished 2007 with a 99.92% up-time for paid hosting and 99.81% for free hosting. (As tracked by host-tracker.com with 1 minute check intervals from over a dozen locations around the world). And unlike most other hosts, we count scheduled maintenance into our up time statistics to give you a more accurate reading.
The new up-time guarantee should be symbolic of our continual improvement and our ability to stand behind our promises guarantees.
