Wise counter is not as accurate as statcounter or Extreme Tracking (my favourite), and there are not as many features.

There's lots of work to be done!

We are still adding features.. as for accuracy.. its the same backbone structure as extreme and statcount.. i don't see why it wouldn't be as accurate.. I have tested many pages with all 3 counters on it as well as server logs.. and if anything we usually come out a little more accurate because extremetracking has been loading a little slow lately and doesn't always count dial up users who take pretty long to load the site.

Oh, that may explain why extreme tracking always has lower stats. But I still prefer the layout and all the different stat views offered by ET, so maybe wisecounter can go along that road....just a suggestion.  smiley

Wisecounter has been down for days... what's going on with it? It looks like it's been hacked. Is it goint to be fixed anytime soon?

Check the date on the thread... we sold wisecounter a good 9months ago and no longer run it. There was an announcement made about this, but this thread in particular is over 9months old.
