I have a small wholesale merchandise business and almost there are 20 worker within my control. So i want to ask you that can you give me some suggestion to manages these subordinates.I am very thankful to you share some ideas with me.

You also write their job description let them how to achieve them. Design it effectively that don't hurt their performance. It is better to hire HR professional who can better help you rather than to do experiment yourself.
