host server name and IP address??

Hi I have pointed my domain to the following for the name servers

ns1.t35.net IP:69.10.32.154
ns2.t35.net IP:69.10.32.155

what do I put for the host server and the IP address for that
my username is marcuswarren.t35.com

I'm not sure what you mean by host server and IP address? You just enter the name servers with your registrar and submit a domain name linking request with us.
