I just submitted a domain linking request, and I am wondering how long should I expect to wait.
My account is gogotom.t35.com
My domain name is zigen.org.tw
The URL gogotom.t35.com works fine.

I'm talking to the CEO right now, via the live chat, and he said it would take 5 buisness days and that all the info's on the website, just be patient!

Domain servers in listed order:
zigen.org.tw 69.10.32.154
zigen.org.tw 69.10.32.155
www.zigen.org.tw 69.10.32.154

The name servers are incorrect. They need to be ns1.t35.net/ns2.t35.net not zigen.org.tw.. The request would get automatically denied in the system.

Something happened after I changed the DNS setting as instructed, though I'm not sure it is a step forward or backward.

It now says the URL zigen.org.tw cannot be found.

Now, do I wait for you to make the proper setting on t.35.net server?

Your domain still doesn't point to ns1.t35.net/ns2.t35.net.

No sure what you mean. This is what WHOIS shows:

Domain servers in listed order:
ns1.t35.net 69.10.32.154
ns2.t35.net 69.10.32.155

Doesn't this mean the domain servers are pointing to ns1.t35.ne/ns2.t35.net? What am I missing?

It didn't before.. please resubmit the request now.. It was auto declined because it didn't show ns1.t35.net/ns2.t35.net when you submitted it.

I guess it had to do with the delay of becoming effective after setting the DNS records.

I re-submitted the form after setting the DNS records, but it was probably auto denied because the DNS records did not take effect immediately (due to DNS caching?).

I have submitted it again, and hopefully it will work this time.

What I did more than 5 hours ago:

1. Set DNS servers to the two T35 servers as instructed

server1 name=ns1.t35.net; IP address=69.10.32.154
server2 name=ns2.t35.net; IP address=69.10.32.155

2. Wait a couple of hours
3. Verify on WHOIS to confirm the above settings
4. On browser, visit http://zigen.org.tw

I am still getting error message 404 - URL not found.

Should I also set zigen.org.tw to the T35 server IPs (that is what I did the first time)? That is,
server1 name=ns1.t35.net; IP address=69.10.32.154
server2 name=ns2.t35.net; IP address=69.10.32.155
server3 name=zigen.org.tw; IP address=69.10.32.154
server4 name=www.zigen.org.tw; IP address=69.10.32.155

Or, should I just wait for you to do whatever you are supposed to do?

Thank you for your help. As you can see, I am new and not sure what to expect at what point.

it takes a maximum 5 days for the switch, so be patient
