AVG 8 blocking site

I have a problem with AVG blocking visitors to my site, and every other .t35.com site as well.
Basically, whenever I try to go to any sub domain of .t35.com, AVG 8 displays a warning saying it has canceled the page request due to it being a known virus. This happens to everyone else using AVG 8 that I know, and is obviously a huge problem. I also know of one other person who doesn't use AVG being blocked from the page as well. Users can continue to the site by clicking a small button, but this occurs on every page and is obviously not a good thing to have and puts users off.
I have contact Grisoft about their product being a pain in the a** but they have not yet got back to me. I have searched the forum and have read the other posts regarding AVG 6, but couldn't find a resolution to the problem.
I know this is a shot in the dark, but does anyone have any info on whether t35.com can do something about this? Surely it must be bad for t35.com's business as Grisoft are putting allot of potential users off as their sub domain name pages are detected as being infected. I'm aware that there isn't malware present but allot of users will be put off as they don't understand.
Also, I've narrowed it down to AVG 8's "Link Scanner" module. Deactivating it stops the pages from being blocked, but you can't expect users to have to do this to view a site.

We've tried to contact AVG several times before but they have done nothing and have not responded. I have urged AVG users to contact AVG directly in the past.. as a user of their product/software you have more leverage in this situation then we do. If you can post a link to the page/email you submitted to AVG, we can have some of the other customers try to contact them as well.

Here's a link for those with AVG (it requires you to enter your license number) to submit a complaint:
http://www.grisoft.com/ww.support-technical
I'm hoping if enough people complain they might fix their bug. I have also just sent them 2 emails, but again, without a license #, it doesn't seem like my emails get answered.
Here's the link if you don't have a license #:

Thanks.
Yeah I have already complained to them about it but have not yet received a response. I only have a free version however.
But like you said, if enough people complain maybe they will do something about this.
Thanks again.

I was finally able to get through to AVG last night and they promised they would resolve this issue as soon as possible. Please verify and let me know if you are still having this issue.

Hi guys,
This just popped up in my google alerts, so I thought I'd reply directly. The reason that the ip was blocked is that some time in the past, there was some form of social engineering attack hosted there, and also, the IP has also been pinged multiple times for phishing. Normally, for phishing and social engineering attacks, we only block the exact domain that's causing the problem, but this one had appeared so often that it had tripped over to an IP block. For a free web hosting service, this is understandable, if regretable. We've now removed the IP block and it will propagate in the next set of dat releases, as soon as it clears QA.
So, sorry about the IP block, but the malware world moves so very quickly on the web, and when we find and IP that keeps recurring, we try to err on the side of protecting our users until someone shows us that all is well.
Btw, we were only notified about the IP block issue today, and we removed it immediately. When did you lodge the issue with support?
Cheers

Roger, thank you very much for posting here directly! I've sent emails to support dozens of times several months ago ... so have many of our customers. In fact, we had a similar issue with AVG going back a few years, and I was never able to get any kind of response back then either. I'm glad to see things got resolved very quickly this time though and I really appreciate your help!
As far as the block goes, I can understand what happened. We host over 500,000 websites with almost 1000 new customers signign up each day. Because of that, we deal with a lot of abuse. Fortunately, we have a dedicated abuse department and most abuse reports are handeled within 12 hours. I'm willing to bet that the sites that got *.t35.com blocked in the first place were long gone by the time you actually put the block in.
Thank you again for resolving the issue so quickly! I've received hundreds of emails about the block over the last few days, so I'll be glad to let the customers know that the issue has been resolved.
Thanks again!

Hi Amelen,
You're _more_ than welcome. It sounds like you guys really try hard to keep the baddies out, and so do we. We each have a difficult job, but I'm _glad_ to be able to be responsive. It sucks when you have a problem and you can't make anyone listen.
Cheers

Cool thanks for sorting it out.
I've updated my version of AVG but unfortunately it still blocks *.t35.com sites. I've rebooted my machine and cleared the cache but it still will not load any pages. This is the same with my work machine as well.
I'll have another look at my home laptop tonight and try again.
Thanks again for resolving this.
EDIT: The IP being blocked is "66.45.237.220", if that helps.

pcgfx805... according to roger it should be fixed once they roll out the new changes in AVG (as soon as it clears QA). I'm hoping it is resolved within a day or two... I'll keep you posted though.
