Isnt there a script for banning someone, What i mean is, is it installed or do u have to have ur own script?

no, but you can find plenty of scripts to block certain ip's

There's also a service, i think it's IP Address blocker, but they make you put a little button on your site, you can use that, but it would be more professional using a script.
