I was wondering if someone could help. I have created a site and can ftp to it, but I can't view my site on my pc. I can view it on my phone using 3g but not my PC, any suggestions.

What is the site url? Check with your PC Admin or ISP to see if there are any blocks on the PC.

Host-tracker.com shows it loading from every country in the world. Check things on your end.

I have the same problem... I tryed de Host-tracker.com and my site is ok in a lot of countries, but I'm from Brazil and here it doesn't work anymore.
Why?

Try contacting your ISP or PC Admin - there might be blocks on your end.

Yes it does. Removing ads from txt pages produces abuse (people start making sites out of txt pages). We are developing a system that will detext the file being a robots.txt and not placing ads on it.
