hi ,
i am a newbie , I install a CMS in t35 free host , it works well , but when i upload file  in  the server, there is error: uploading not allow on the server.
help me please!

PHP based file uploading is disabled on free hosting for security purposes.

Thanks but What uploading script autorized  by t35, only FTP?

Yes. Only way to upload files is through FTP.
