im using flashfxp

index.html files images and such

file size : 9557

when i login on main page it shows in my directory but when u go to the site it doesnt work.

Your account was signed up as IoC.t35.com and on the signup page in bold letters it says that you cannot use capital letters in your username. I have deleted that account and you are free to sign up without caps in your username. Once that is done you'll be able to see your files just fine.
