First of all, I would like to know if T35 supports file hosting cripts...

and i would like to ask the administrator to edit the following 2 variables in its php.ini file:

UPLOAD_MAX_SIZE //at least 50M please
POST_MAX_SIZE //at least 50M please

or can I have a copy of the php.ini???

We don't allow file uploading via php on free hosting, nor can we modify php.ini on a per-account basis. If you want to have your own php.ini settings you would need your own dedicated server.
