Please, I am not able to resolve this question. I created a system on my site for people to send me an email but the mail never arrives in my inbox. What may be happening with the server t35.com?

oh and I almost forgot, there is no support for Portuguese language here in the forum is not it?

I'm sorry I did not want to say this type of email. I'll try to explain again, on my site I created an email form so that people who access my site can send messages and everything else .. but the emails never arrive in my inbox. What can cause this? t35.com the server blocked the mail delivery service?
