hi, I dont understand how to use this thing, I want to make a site like http://pyp.t35.com/ like whatever link you click on the links and stuff always stay there.  Sorry I'm a newbie.  Does anyone have tutorials on how to use this or something?  IFrames, I think thats what uts called but I'm not sure.
