hey ,

everytime i go to my website , i have the index page first,

how can i get rid of it that stright away ill have my homepage that i have created, insted of the index page?

you mean Index of /   ...?

well if the laufband.php is gonna be your main page rename it to index.php


but the easiest way to make any page a start page just name it index. the extension

Well it's a little bit of common sense, m'love. Simply rename your homepage that you created to index.html/index.php or whatever file extension it is. =D Easy Peasy Lemon Squeezy.
