Sometimes due to some unavoidable reasons the server of net connection either gets slow or becomes completely down without any response. The server providing can help you properly to get out of this problem.

Might simply be a little FTP error? I actually have been noticing increasing socket time outs on paid hosting lately. Unsure if they're reboots or what.

I had same problem and sent them email. It was just their server glitch and within an hour it was working.

I see that your account is allowed, but then again the downtime has occurred all-inclusive for the reason that my site is down as well.
