and it seems to have disapeared, can you tell me what happened to it and can you restore it?

Mine is doing the same thing. I think they've got another problem. Last time the entire place went hooey, and I had to reload my site again.
This time, I can still "see" my site via FTP, but I get 404 errors if I try to access the site by its normal URL.
BTW, I can't get to your site, either, so it's not just you ....
I may just pull mine and say to heck with it.

julian, I don't see any files in julianli.t35.com.
captainjack, URL? The only reason you would see your files in ftp and not on the web is if you created your account with CAPS.
