My site / account on T35 is totally dead

Please, I need help.
Yesterday everything worked without any problems. But now I cannot login to my account. When logging on, it doesn't react from any source - nor from main page "t35.com", nor from my ftp manager, nor from any other program. My site and my files are inaccessible, my browser reports "Connection timeout. Retry?", but other websites I can view without problems.

Already I sent a request by T35 Hosting Helpdesk, but I cannot view my ticket now. I forgot my tracking ID, so I entered my email address to send my ID - I tried it several times, but never received any email with my ID (I am looking also in spam folder). When logging on this forum, I received email with notice of registration without problems.

What can I do?

It seems that my problem is already solved. A moment ago everything started working.

There are often such failures?

Our up time trackers don't show any down time. I'm guessing your IP got banned for wrong password logins or other similar reasons. It could have also been an internet or PC issue on your end.
