Question about TOS

Hello, i want to make shure not to break the TOS with my webpage. My webpage is about sexy optical illusions. Sample of the video here: http://megaswf.com/serve/1131630. All of the videos and pictures are like this sample, there is no actual nudity.

Is it ok or will i break the TOS in some way?
