Hacked By Xendz - Http://techsploit.com

I've visited that site, it says

Welcome to TechSploit, we are a legal hacking community that is here to help you get a better understanding on what hacking actually is. Here you will find hacking related challenges and missions for you to learn the basics of hacking. Feel free to register and join the forums and start learning.

Xendz is listed as number two on the list of top hackers. How can it be legal for him to do that? How can I protect myself? Yeah, I can change my password (and I will), but I think they are doing more then guessing my password.

Based on the aim convo we established that the site was hacked via spyware on the user computer (getting the password) or via the edit script that was being used. Closing topic.
