Hey Alex,

Mate mine and my g/f websites have both been down for a few days. ?

This is the message that both parragirl and i eagleflight are getting when we try to open our sites.

The server at www.seaeagles1947.t35.com is taking too long to respond.

The server at www.eels1947.t35.com is taking too long to respond.

Can you please help us out Alex as we can't open our sites nor work on them.

P.s i also sent you a pm on Tuesday i think it was ? and you haven't replied back to me. ?

Both sites loading fine for me? What IP address are you trying to access them from?

Alex this is what we get when we try to open our sites ?? mate. The sites were ok about four days ago.

There's no problem in logging into the file manager & the support forum but it wont let us open our sites why ?

Where is your location? Here in the Florida I am having no trouble viewing your site using Firefox, which by what I can see is what you're using too

I'm in Australia mate in the state of New South Wales. And your correct we are using Firefox i also tried to use IE but i still got the same message as the print screen one above.

I've contacted our ISP and i got them to check our Websites their end and our sites wouldn't open up for them either.

They told me if there was a problem with my IP address then i wouldn't be able to open any websites at all.

They also told me there's nothing that they can do their end they said check with your host.

So can someone please tell me whats going on ?

I don't think the server firewall would be blocking you, as it blocks only specific IP address' not entire hosts.

I checked both of your sites using an Australian proxy, and both load, so I believe that your ISP is lying to you on this one.

I'll send Alex your IP address and hostmask just to double check the firewall part of it.

Thanks for your reply mate. But this is very strange my site and my g/f parragirl's site were both working fine up until last Tuesday

My ISP (Optus) told me today they have blocked any websites to do with t35 at moment due to spam.

Alex can you tell me whats going on please i can't even work in the file manager now also ? somethings not right here.

You really need to have a chat with your internet provider.. T35 isn't listed in any spam databases:

This site lets you test every single spam database out there and we have never been listed in a single one: http://www.dnsbl.info/

Your ISP is obviously lying to you for whatever reason...

Alex I'm not saying that t35 is at fault here mate. The whole thing is very strange ? to say the least.

Also as i said to you already in my last post i can't even do any work in my file manager why is that

Ill be contacting Optusnet again today and having a good talk to them as I've had a gut full of this.

Ill also be telling them that you told me that T35 isn't listed in any spam databases.

Hey Alex,

I've just finished talking to our ISP optus and i talked to someone in their DSL direct support team which deals with (spam abuse) etc...

Optus told me that t35 is not at fault in anyway.

Someone has set up a false account with t35 this is their address ( optushome.t35.com)

optus told me that this site is being used for (fishing ph) to steal peoples / users account details.

That's why both parragirl & i eagleflight sites are blocked.

Alex i wanted to give you this info asap.

We are sorry if it seemed like we were directing the fault towards t35. Now that optus have explained to us what is going on we understand now why our sites were blocked.
