For some reason no one can access my webpages. I checked under File Manager and everything is there. But when I try to go to any of my pages I get a 404 page not found error. I've tried loading the HTML or PHP files and still get the same thing. I've submitted a ticket but gotten no responce. This happened once before and nothing got done till I wrote the pres.

Should I do that again?

Was it working before and this just started happening now?
when I click on the link to your page, just below your name, (http://www.iwebradio.com/), it directs me to http://www.t35.com/~madchatt/HomePage/

Maybe Alex could spread some insight.

Yes it was working fine before. All I know is my CPanel has totally changed. Since the PHP Nuke page was setup, I had to turn off domain masking because of cookies. It's been working fine since the page went up. Once before we had a similar problem after a system upgrade. But that was resolved in like a day. But even my simple HTML pages cannot be viewed. Try www.madchatter.net and it gives the same error. Thats just a simple HTML page and its the domain my T35 account is connected to.

I sent alex off an email. I hope this can be remedied soon! Is anyone else having problems with their webpages being viewed?

I'm happy for you. But mine no longer do. I changed nothing. But apparenly everything changed on T35. Nothing works now. I've checked everything I could think of and still nothing works. Not even a basic HTML page. For 2 years my pages all worked now none do.

Has to be something server side because nothing was changed anywhere but there!

You are suppose to have a domain name on paid hosting.. using t35.net/~username is only intended as a temporary solution until your DNS changes over. Especially since using the URL like that doesn't correctly track BW for your site and doesn't let you use most of the paid hosting features such as fantastico and email. If you wish to use your site without a domain name for a few more weeks/months while you transfer over your domain you can still do so from t35hosting.com/~username. (we had to remove it from t35.com/~username because of a security issue and because of recent abuse of a feature that is intended to be temporary).

On a side note, I would strongly recommend moving the domain (http://www.iwebradio.com/) to our hosting instead of forwarding to t35.com/~username. That's where all the problems are coming from and if I remember correctly, we discussed this with you several months/years ago... not to mention that the welcome email makes it pretty clear to only use that as a one-day temporarily solution while the domain resolves over. Like I mentioned above, you are missing out on a lot of features and causing a lot of loading problems for your site visitors by doing what you are doing now. If absolutely necessery to use for a few more days/weeks while you set things up, you can get to your site from the following url:
