why is it when I posted website link on Facebook, the error message says that the t35.com is a blocked content? I've already sent a message on FB, but still, it's a blocked content.

Facebook blocks all free hosting url's. Try using a url shortening/sharing service like bit.ly.

still the same... after the shorten url have been pasted/typed, FB scans the link (shorten url). it will blocked again...

I am not sure what you mean? It lets me post a bit.ly url without any problems. You can try reporting the issue to facebook - we really have no control over what facebook does.

Face book blocked all free hosting site moreover any site violating the FB policies get banned.
