Unable to activate new account

Hi I just created my new account.
waited two days to get an email from webmaster t35 to send the link to activate the account.
finally when I click on the link provided to activate the account it gives an error :
Error: The codes do not match. Your account has not been activated. Please try copying and pasting the link from the email or having your validation email sent again.
