hi guyz,

i made a forum by using Discuz! and the upload fucntion was disabled does this free hosting supports upload?

No, since this function can be used to allow people to upload porn, etc...

is the upload function allowed on paid? just wondering because when i upgrade to paid (when ever that is) i'll probably let people upload their avatars for my forums, unless of course i start to run out of space

Yes, almost all of php functions are enabled on paid.
