Chanti... thats old news... most anti-virus programs no longer detect active X as a virus. I would say 99.9% don't.. especially all the major ones.

I just deleted the exe and all the files and re-upload all my files again. Please don't use this type of ads it has legal implications !!! I don't want to be a scape goat and be sue if this type of ads (They are activist calling it scum ware - remember spam is not illegal till some activist propagate the evil of spamming) is made illegal !!! Sad  angry

Also can some one help me to change my ftp password the command PSWD don't seem to work.  huh

As stated before (please read before posting), this is NOT SPYWARE or anything like that. And is in NO WAY illegal. It installs a IE browser enhancement which has been authorized by Microsoft. In any event, the ads will be removed within 12 hours because of poor performance.

On a side note, we are now trying out another active X advertiser which is a little bit more "spyware" orientated. But this is going to be a very short test.

My anti virus is AVG 6.0 (I think) but for me I don't have message for virus on my site.

For this time, 4 people tell me they have the message of virus on my site and don't be able to view it because it closes their internet windows.

Hi Chanti,

Don't know if you have already done this but you need to update your version of AVG as AVG 6.0 is no longer supported. You can get the new version AVG 7 from the Grisoft website.

Hope this helps.Grisoft website

I use AVG (only because it is free) and I wouldn't advise you to.  It is always detecting fake crud on my computers.  I never had so many trojans with Norton Antivirus.  grin

Don't worry, it'll work, now hand me the duct tape.
