I am having problems getting my pictures and backgrounds to show up.  They are trying to link to my server at school.  What do I rename the pictures or where do I put them in order for them to pull from your site, instead of my server... I'm also confused... My html code goes into files?  and my pictures and such go into a directory so they know where to pull the information from?     Any step my step directions would be wonderful, I'm getting a little frustrated with my lack of knowledge on the subject and inability to figure it out on my own.

Thanks,
Mandy

T35 is not an image host. We have disabled hotlinking for a reason, to prevent people from using our service as an image host.

If you need image hosting, I suggest checking out http://www.imageshack.us/ .

I don't think I'm trying to hotlink?  My students have created websites using basic html, this includes calendars, home pictures, a page of favorites, they do include ahref tags to link to other websites???    They found images online that were not copyrighted, or they created their own images and backgrounds and saved them to the school server in order to create the web page, now I am just trying to get them on the internet?  Do you still think I need to go to an image hosting sight?

The sight I created is for school, with all of my class information on it?

Thanks again,
Mandy

I'm not sure what your problem is, without seeing it.

The problem is probably with your html, wherever that is. When you make a reference to an image that's on a different server, make sure you use an absolute URL (e.g. http://example.com/image.jpg) and not just relative url (e.g. image.jpg).

P.S. "index.htm" is an awfully confusing name for a directory.
