Yes www.FreeMysql.net is still a go. The current down time is a result in a few “hacker-proof” tests. We took the server offline for this, and we had someone try to hack into our server, and he was unsuccessful.

The site will go online tomorrow, as for public MySQL signups, we are looking for this to happen at the end of the month.

::: Edit :::
We have just decided to wait until the end of the month, for those that seen the new design that’s great, we hope you liked it. Please be patient while we update everything.

I can't wait either!  I've always wanted to be the moderator of a true big forum (like this) and I have been selected!  I hope their forum ends up like this, with many members and a lot of posts to read.   I am also going to be the moderator who reads everything and replies to most of it.  I have the time and desire.   grin  I'm also looking forward to FreeMySQL.NET's services!  Only ~5 more days until it opens!  Good luck Kistler!
Cheers!

it is very cool to have mysql, but I think a stable service is more important~!
If I can choose between Mysql and stable, I would choose stable

Our MySQL server has been up for more than 95% of the time this month,
This is less than 30 min of down time in the last 408 min of this month

It is only MYSQL server, but not the server we are hosting
I am quite unsatisfy with the stability.
I think that if t35 got a  improvement, I hope that is let more then 200 upload/download file together, it is very disturbing people as only allow 100 people~!

so is this stability issuse will freemysql or your hosting. I see both freemysql and t35's free hosting to be in great shape.

As for the amount of people that can upload to t35 that is a stability issue, If you alow to many people to hog the server can get become unstable,

As for FreeMySQL being unstable I do not see this. Please Explain this to me,
Email me : admin@freemysql.net  or talk on our forums, www.freemysql.net/forum  thank you
