When trying to log in I get the message that I've seen in various other posts - -

Unable to connect to FTP server ftp.t35.com on port 21.

Are you sure this is the address of the FTP server? This is often different from that of the HTTP (web) server. Please contact your ISP helpdesk or system administrator for help.

I had earlier been successfully uploading my files following the recent hardware problems, but after my return from devouring my dinner, I am unable to log back in.  I tried the demo account and that gives the same error.  The files I had previously uploaded  are appearing  on-line correctly.

... and now it seems to work.  Don't know if you folks did anything in the meanwhile, but it works.  My fingers are crossed.

Didn't do anything on our side... just make sure you login with username.t35.com and the correct password.
