I can't log into my file manger and once when it did let me log in i couldn't up load any files etc.. i keep seeing this message.

(Unable to connect to FTP server ftp.t35.com on port 21.)

Can anyone help me plz as i now can't do any work on my website

What's your username? When is the last time it worked?

Also, if your ftp program isn't working, have you tried logging into our file manager from www.t35.com ?

you may have put your username/password wrong or it might be your FTP program. like alex said above, try logging into you account on the (new) t35 website
