can't login...

I cannot seem to log into my account ihbusboy2.t35.com (I did include the .t35.com part). I even tried to submit a lost password form (a couple times), which returned this:

ERROR: The account you entered could not be found. Are you sure you entered the email address that belongs to this account? Please try again and resubmit the form.

I definitely entered the correct email address. It almost seems like the system thinks my account doesn't exist (but it totally does http://ihbusboy2.t35.com/)...please help!

That is weird normally I would say your account has been suspended, but it looks like your site is still there...Maybe you are entering the wrong e-mail address?

I just tried it again. I am 100% certain I used the right email address--as in the original validation for the t35 account is still in the inbox (because I never delete anything for some reason).

Try the lost pass link, I just logged in to your account without any problems. Make sure to use username: ihbusboy2.t35.com (not ihbusboy2).

I tried it again--on more than one browser. I can log into the demo account on both Firefox and IE, so that's not the problem. I did use the full username in the login form.

I also tried the lost password form again, with the same result as before (as in the error I copy-pasted into the first message in this topic).

Alex Melen: I assume you have access to everything, so how/where did you log in (just out of curiosity)? I believe that the account still exists, but everything that I can see is telling me it doesn't (except the fact that the site is still up). Did you try to log in using the web-based interface? I'd like to think it's not just me here...

Sorry about that, I see what the problem is now. I logged in as an admin and didn't notice that the account was actually deleted from the database. Logs show that you (or someone with your login info) went to www.t35.com/memarea and elected to have the account removed. You can sign up again with that same username if you still want to use the account.

Problem fixed. I totally didn't delete the account (so I just went through and changed all my passwords everywhere).
