I cannot login via web, nor FTP to the account chromenet.t35.com .
I tried the password recovery but I didn't receive anything.

Sorry,
I tried again, but still I am not receiving the password.
On the webpage I see the message "Your password has been found and emailed to you."... but in my mailbox the password never arrives...

Did you check your junk mail folder? Do you have any spam rules that might be stopping this?

I checked my junk mail folder, but no mail from t35.com is there,
I have rules that put spam directly to a junk mail folder, but no mail is deleted without my consent (to avoid the deletion of false positives).

My suspect is that my ISP might be filtering out my incoming mail, even though I already told them that I want to receive everything, because I don't trust the effectiveness of their antispam. (I disabled personally the ISP antispam in the control panel related to my mailbox, but I cannot know if they are doing something more...)

The solution could be to use a different mail address, but this is something that I should set in the control panel.

Could you send a password manually to the email address related to the account chromenet.t35.com ?
In this way I will retrieve it from the old account and use a different email provider.
