Try using an actual ftp program.. your paste above shows that it logins to ftp fine, just that filezilla can't retrieve directory for some reason. I am not sure why its posting a port 500 command.

hi,
I tried to log in the ftp server but i can't.
Here is what I get when I try to log in:

An error has occured:
Unable to login to FTP server ftp.t35.com with username marlop.t35.com.

Are you sure your username and password are correct? Please contact your ISP helpdesk or system administrator for help.
