I don't know what is going on the last couple days I've been trying to update my site and I just can't seem to log in. The site is all there and seems to be fine but I can't get in.

As the error says, you are logging in with the wrong password. Try the lost pass link on our front page.

I'm so confused and I use the password that I always have used. Unless some how someone got my password and logged in to change the email address and password.

I am having a similar problem; I am not a new user.  I am sure that I did not change my password...  Here is what I get when I try to log in:

An error has occured:
Unable to connect to FTP server ftp.t35.com on port 21.

Are you sure this is the address of the FTP server? This is often different from that of the HTTP (web) server. Please contact your ISP helpdesk or system administrator for help.

I have the same login problem.  I haven't changed the password or anything.  It's been saved in my FTP program for weeks.

I even created a new user to see if the FTP would work, but it doesn't work even when I create a new user and a password and username are sent to me.

Please check -- dojiggies.t35.com

It's working fine for me. Try an actual ftp program and see what error it gives.

I have the same problem. I get this error message from ws_ftp:

Connection Error
This could be caused by any of the following reasons:
Your network connection is down.
The host address is incorrect.
The server you are attempting to connect with is not available.
Click the Details button to view information from the connection log.

I'm connecting fine. It looks like your firewall or isp is blocking either ftp.t35.com or port 21.

Hello, I'm new here and am also getting the same problem.

I tried uploading a zip file via standard upload and java upload. Those did not work. Then I tried FTP and this is the data from the FTP log:

Status:   Connecting to ftp.t35.com ...
Status:   Connected with ftp.t35.com. Waiting for welcome message...
Response:   220 ProFTPD 1.3.0 Server (FreeHosting Network) [66.45.237.221]
Command:   USER tony4813.t35.com
Response:   331 Password required for tony4813.t35.com.
Command:   PASS ***********
Response:   230 User tony4813.t35.com logged in.
Command:   FEAT
Response:   211-Features:
Response:    MDTM
Response:    REST STREAM
Response:    SIZE
Response:   211 End
Command:   SYST
Response:   215 UNIX Type: L8
Status:   Connected
Status:   Retrieving directory listing...
Command:   PWD
Response:   257 "/" is current directory.
Command:   PORT 71,237,60,101,9,79
Response:   500 Illegal PORT command
Error:   Could not retrieve directory listing

At this point I'm really not sure what to do.

P.S. I'm using Filezilla FTP and my login name is tony4813.t35.com
