I'm a new user on t35.com. All day I can't log to server ftp. I do everything all right, but I can't

Are you sure this is the address of the FTP server? This is often different from that of the HTTP (web) server. Please contact your ISP helpdesk or system administrator for help.

net2FTP is not meant to be the only means of managing you site. However FTP was down today for maintenance. It is back up and you may use it now. So that you know you always have access to your account from home I would suggest you download an FTP client. A good one that most of the members use is SmartFTP (www.smartftp.com).
