Can't login using FTP

I can't login into FTP, I logged in wioth the following:

FTP Host: ftp.t35.com
Port: 21
ID: hoshiinuyasha.t35.com
P/W: ******

And I got the following error message:

Connecting to ftp.t35.com on port 21. Attempt 1 of 3...
Disconnected
Delaying for 30 seconds before next attempt...
Connecting to ftp.t35.com on port 21. Attempt 2 of 3...
Disconnected
Delaying for 30 seconds before next attempt...
Connecting to ftp.t35.com on port 21. Attempt 3 of 3...
Disconnected
Unable to connect to ftp.t35.com within 3 attempts

I was just wondering if it was the server, or me entering something into the fields incorrectly.

hey what firewall are you using? i have their ip address for ftp:
66.45.237.212
-note i got that information while adding my ftp account information to Zone Alarm

the ftp area isnt working at the moment ive been told
