I have a problem logging in to my account!
I've waited 4 days for my account to be activated, and it is the second time i've registered, and i type in the URL i'm told to and it tells me the page does not exist!
Somebody help me please! Smiley

Well did you sign up with any of the following in your name (and can you access the FTP?)

Capital characters
Symbols



If not try loging into the FTP using the user name you signed up with (you.t35.com)

I can log into FTP but the address for my site just doesn't work, my name doesn't have any capitals

The address should be psnumba1.t35.com huh

A few possible answeres:
-You signed up again with the same email without deleting your first account
-You signed up with caps, (you said you didnt but what you described is a 'classic' effect of signing up with caps)
-You put illegal files/warez on your account causing it to be removed.
