Errror message cant upload files Pls help

Hello

Every time i try to upload my file to my website directory on t35.com, the following error message appears:

#  File tba2.htm could not be moved


An error has occured:
Unable to move the uploaded file to the temp directory.

The administrator of this website has to chmod 777 the /temp directory of net2ftp.


Pls advise !
