i am new to t35 and i set my site up two days ago i did click the activation in my email. but now when i type ftp://ftp.t35.com it tells me windows cannot access this folder.make sure you typed the file name correctly and that you have permission to access this folder
details"
a connectlon with server could not be established.

is there anyway someone could help with this.

Internet Explorer isn't the best ftp client to be accessing our servers with. I would highly suggest you download a real ftp client. I suggest SmartFTP, which can be downloaded below:

i did download smartftp and had a hard time connecting to t35 ftp server it says no such host is known

Make sure your using ftp.t35.com as your host and not your username.

ya i made sure of that i put ftp.t35.com in the spot were when you first download it says yourserver.com then in loging i put mywebsite.t35.com then password i put my password i keeps telling me the same thing. if i made a mistake here pls help and thanks

Are you sure that the password you are entering is correct? Maybe you hit a button wrong when you were signing up and it messed up your password for you. Try http://www.t35.net/pass.shtml and request your password be sent to you again just to make sure that it is right.

yes it is the correct password i still have the email sent to me from t35 and im using the one that i made and was sent to me.

Have you tried to use the net2ftp that we offer? The login is on the main site. If that works then it should work everywhere else.
