Hello to all, I am called rodrigo and I written from Chile.  I consult the following thing to them, when entering the Cpanel it does not accept the user and the key to me.  To that it must?  that usuary of it must enter and that nails.  Greetings and thanks.

You are on paid hosting correct? If so please email either I or Alex and we can work on getting the password changed.

Thanks to respond, with respect to hosting the one that I occupy is free.  But the user now tampco does not recognize it

Your username would be tampco.t35.com. You must include the .t35.com to your username.
