i am unable to log in to my account :

username : thienhavodich.t35.com
password : same which i used while sign up

everyday i can log in to my account but i can't do it from yesterday :

Connected. Authenticating...
USER thienhavodich.t35.com
331 Password required for thienhavodich.t35.com
PASS *****
530 Login incorrect.
Not logged in.

i try to get my password by using "lost password" function and get password again in my mail address. But the password i got is same which i used while sign up.

And now i can't log in to my account ..
pls help me

We were doing some hard drive maintenance this morning, everything should be working now..

When is the last time you were able to login to your account? What kind of files were you hosting - it doesn't seem like there are any files in your account?

16/03 i can still login to my account ..
my files are not important so can i get my account without old files ? pls restore my account and send new password into the mail i used to sign up ..
