Yep, so I try to create another account (just to see if it works)... It did, so I now have another account called "octopus_garden" (that I don't really want; I've already got one called "octopusgarden"). But I was actually able to logon to the ftp site; at least for a few seconds - hey, it's better than I ever did with "octopusgarden".

So, I read the rules down at the bottom, the disclaimers like, "Your upload better take less than 30 seconds or you're screwed." and "Your file size limit is 512k, if it's bigger, you're screwed", so I upload a file (355kb) and *poof!* it boots me off with the message, " File 1st-Sources.zip is too big. This file will not be uploaded." Wonderful. Just wonderful. So I go back and take this 355k zip file and break it into THREE pieces at about 150k each, then upload them, but, alas, no green arrow, no smiley face, just bold, red lettering saying, "Warning: ftp_login(): Sorry, the max amount of users (50) are already logged in, please try again later. in /cp/cp/includes/filesystem.inc.php on line 58."

Now, it might be just me and please correct me if I'm terribly selfish, but doesn't 50 at a time when you've got 100,000 subscribers seem a little low?? I'm trying to create a website that I can use until the end of the week when I can get a paid subscription. It seems that T35 is one of the very few companies that allows the protocols I need (for discussion forums, chat, things like that) on free webspace. Geez, I just want to login. Do you actually think I'm going to PAY for space when I can't even begin to get a free site up and running?

Tell you what... Delete both of my accounts, I'm sure that you'll have to do that because I really don't imagine I'll be able to login long enough to find where and how to delete my accounts. Thanks. 'Preciate it.

You might find that www.SmartFTP.com will work better as you will not have the hassles with any PHP errors and other web issues. SmartFTP is an FTP Client that you'll use our your local system and you'll be able to upload a lot more items and also it will run much faster

We have done several test and have observe this, we have had well over 100,000 connections to the FTP server and on a few were not permitted to login because of the “50 users only” limit, and this plays with our time limit - it kicks most of the users that will just sit in the FTP, thus allowing more users to login.

This can be done here http://www.t35.net/memarea/ but only if the account was made, it seems to me that one of your accounts wasn’t made correctly... Please respond in your other post.
