Hello, i have just today signed up and after activation, error getting is:


An error has occured:
Unable to login to FTP server ftp.t35.com with username nj1stimer.t35.com.

Are you sure your username and password are correct? Please contact your ISP helpdesk or system administrator for help.

Did you register with all CAPITAL letters in your username?

If you did, goto http://www.t35.com/memarea and delete your account and sign up again with all lower case.

No, no capitals. Also, i cant login at the link you posted, although if it try to signup again, it says my email is already in the database..

Can someone just delete my account, and i will sign up again for it?

Try the lost pass link. I can login just fine. Keep in mind that your pass can't be over 16 characters, and if it was, we automatically truncate it to just the first 16.
