hi,
when i want to login to account for  ftp server this is the error:
A problem occured while login to account ,check your username or passeword.
then there is a link for goback or go to login window,plz help me.

Try checking email and making sure you typed it in right with no caps and make sure there are no spaces in there and if it still doesn't work then try emailing the staff they always can help. also make sure you keep trying because sometimes it acts up on purpose.

When you sign up, please make sure that you did not use upper case characters or any weird characters. The server does not like this and will make your account not work.

What is the url to your site?

Also make sure your ending your username with .t35.com

Are you sure you entered the ftp information correctly? We have had people in the past with this problem, and was due to incorrect ftp info.


FTP Server: ftp.t35.com
Port: 21
Username: username.t35.com
Password: yourpassword
Host type: Automatic or Unix
