I'm having trouble loging into my account, I have also tried my FTP program and I still can't get in.

Here is what it says with my FTP program:

    SmartFTP v1.0.983.20
    Resolving host name ftp.t35.com...
    Connecting to (ftp.t35.com) ->  IP: (INSERT MY IP) PORT: 21
    Connected to (ftp.t35.com) -> Time = 113ms
    Socket connected waiting for login sequence.
    Connection timeout. No response from server.
    Cannot login waiting to retry (30s)...
    Continue to login attempt 2...
    Connecting to (ftp.t35.com) ->  IP: (INSERT MY IP) 21
    Connected to (ftp.t35.com) -> Time = 180ms
    Socket connected waiting for login sequence.
    Connection timeout. No response from server.
    Cannot login waiting to retry (30s)...
    Continue to login attempt 3...
    Connecting to (ftp.t35.com) ->  IP: (Insert my IP) PORT: 21
    Connected to (ftp.t35.com) -> Time = 105ms
    Socket connected waiting for login sequence.
    Connection timeout. No response from server.
    Cannot login waiting to retry (30s)...

Hmm it is doing the same thing to me... I tried fixing the firewalls, that didn't work..is it a server problem or something? Sad

ftp gives time out and loging in through the site I get this error:

so I think a problem with ftp-server ...

I logged into the site's demo just fine, The FTP server for you is ( ftp.t35.com ) I am on paid hosting so I can really try my account lol, it seems to be fine I mean the demo is getting logged in.
