Hi, between yesterday and today I can't login ou view the page that I hosted on the server...

When I try the link of the page hosted, it says:
The page you were looking for could not be found. The possible reasons for this include: (1) The site in question was violating our TOS and was removed. (2) You might have misspelled the url of the page you were trying to get to. (3) The webmaster of the site might have made an error in their code.

Of the 3 possible reasons, I don't think that its the 2nd and de 3rd, since se page was working well. But I can't possible think of what reason could it be removed for violating the TOS Huh

If it was in fact the violating of the TOS, can some one please explain what was I violating, because I can't remember any possibly thing, violating the TOS ??  huh huh

Are you sure this is the address of the FTP server? This is often different from that of the HTTP (web) server. Please contact your ISP helpdesk or system administrator for help.

What's the username? Are you logging in with username.t35.com ? Can you try logging in with the demo account (demo.t35.com/demo)?

If demo works, but sherbrooke doesn't, it means you are logging in with the incorrect username or password. Make sure you are logging in with sherbrooke.t35.com (not sherbrooke) and that you are using the correct password.

I'm sure i'm using the right username and password and I don't think I was violating the TOS so I don't really understand why I can't access my account...
Thanks

Can you try logging in with the demo account? Does that work? If so, you might be using the wrong password.

The demo account works. I also checked with the lost password link I received the same password I have been using to login .Last week I was still logging in with that password and and username, it was working and I havent changed anything since then. So i think there's another problem.

Your account was suspended because it was used for keylogging. Not only is that illegal, but it is not a website which violates our terms of service. Here are some of the files you had:

Web_Sep_28_2008__11_34.html
Keys_Sep_28_2008__11_34.html
