I have an FTP Program but I don't know how to use it.

So what should I do to login?

The problems with the control panel should be fixed before tomorrow night. You could review the help files for your ftp program or Google for tutorials on your ftp program. I'm sure there is somewhere you can learn how to use your ftp program at.

I recommend FlashFXP, since WinFTP got moved to only commercial/paid use and not personal use.  Sad

Another one that you can use is SmartFTP (www.smartftp.com). The control panel for free hosting is fully functional once again though. Have fun guys!

I would suggest going to http://www.versiontracker.com/windows and enter a search for 'ftp client'. It'll come up with dozens of results, most of them good.

The two programs which I would most highly recommend for FTP would be SmartFTP and CuteFTP.

Out of the two, SmartFTP is the preferred option (and my personal choice).

I wouldn't go with the Coffee cup free FTP, I downloaded it, and besides not working, when I un-installed it, I went into the startmenu where it used to be and the was a whole buch of links to cracks, warez, and porn (all viruses)
